Take a counter clockwise dirrection and just explore. the trail is FLAT, and I gave it a technical rating of 5 as an avarege. The perimeter is more of your family and slightly above style riding, there are trails in the interior (Tony's Playground) that border on insane trials riding. There is something for everyone here.
From Omaha, take I80 east to the Lake Manawa exit, and turn south (follow signs). When entering the park turn right on the perimeter road and follow it to the parking area next to the "Missouri River boat ramp access" sign. Park here, the trail will start to the east.
